Time and time again, Zack and Kelly did more or less the “moral” thing, even without parental supervision (the weed episode, anyone?).
Now, I’m not saying premarital dirty deeds are immoral, but Saved by the Bell always took that conservative outlook in life that would promote “waiting”. This would be supported by the fact that when they went “steady”, their relationship stayed pretty much the same, even though it should have been taken to the next level.
Jeff Hunter, on the other hand, would have logically had his way with Kelly, even if she said no (Bear-Hug!
Shame on you, or dancing?
). Maybe that’s why she left to France.
Oh and by the way, Slater and Jessie were totally making the beast with two backs, that’s why they constantly fought.

If the question was, “If you were to ask a Saved by the Bell writer, did Zack and Kelly ever do the dirty deeds (before getting married), what would he say?” I would have to say that he’d say, “No.”
That is assuming that he answers as if he were in the height of popularity of Saved by the Bell, and the answer was going to show up in a magazine. If the writer wasn’t in that mentality, we’ve all seen how much they care about continuity and the minds of their characters.
Putting myself in the universe of Saved by the Bell though, I would have to say that they did. How early or how late in the show they did the deed, I’m not sure.
I’d say towards the end of the high school years, but before Tori, of course (Zack totally did Tori too, remember the episode where Zack and Slater are talking about how Tori likes Bear-Hugs?).
Zack simply had too many opportunities, to not try. And even if Kelly was not “ready”, they were together too long to not have done it.
Look at the size of Kelly’s family, and tell me she doesn’t come from a line of people that like the dirty deeds.
As for Zack, that scheming, slick and handsome hunk could’ve talked his way into Slater’s pants if he would’ve chosen to. Maybe he got some before Kelly left for France? Unless Jeff Hunter actually Bear-Hugged her. Then she wouldn’t have put out.
Jeff was a sleaze, but he was a wimp, so he probably didn’t. Anyway, I can’t tell you when and where they did it (maybe in Zack’s car?), but I’m pretty certain they did. At least a little oral communication.
Yeeeeah. Kelly. Oooooh, baby. I like it.

As far as I know, the only “sleeping together” going on was between Zack and Kelly... way before their wedding night. Dirty deeds was never ever mentioned on Saved by the Bell, but the directors always said that Zack and Kelly reeked of highly aromatic dirty deeds when they walked into the studio, and they would have to be sent away to take showers to clean it off. They’d also have to be monitored to make sure they didn’t take showers together.

Yeah, it makes sense now, because I remember that one episode where Mr. Belding was supervising a school dance and Screech was goofing off. In one part, Slater and Lisa walk up to Zack and Kelly, and Slater asks, “Hey preppy, what’s that smell?” and then Lisa comments, “It smells like biology class.”

For Zack:
• He’s the bad boy in the school.
• Doesn’t do good in class (remember, he was going to graduate late).
• Main pastime is to skip school and party.
• Likes to drink.
For Kelly:
• Lower class, income-wise.
• “Head” cheerleader.
• Victim attitude.
• Part of a large family that has no time to pay attention to her needs.
I think if you put together these ingredients, they would add up to some premarital babies.
