Tonight, one of the remaining yellow (incandescent) light bulbs in the apartment started to bother me.. as well as not having had caffeine for an extended period of time..
The caffeine withdrawal mixed with yellow light made my head feel very bad and stressed.. and then I shut off the light after awhile and found a soda.. and then I felt everything just relax...
